I have a dual Bachelor Science degrees in Marketing and Business Administration from Ferris State University. Prior to my agent career I spend 10 years handling homeowners claims for State Farm as well. I looked a lot like "Jake" at State Farm wearing a red shirt with khakis, but I flew on a plane all across the United States with a ladder to handle claims after natural disasters. I sure have some stories from that!
